Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated June 5, 2026. This policy should be finalized before paid orders open.
Draft-stage projects
If a customer cancels before production work begins, Loresta should provide a clear refund path minus any nonrefundable payment processing costs that apply.
Work already started
Once intake review, AI organization, writing, design, or production planning begins, refunds may be partial because project labor has already been performed.
Print approval
After a customer approves final print files or a fulfillment order is submitted, refunds may be limited by print partner policies and shipping status.
Damaged books
If a printed book arrives damaged, customers should contact Loresta with photos and order details so a reprint or remedy can be evaluated with the fulfillment partner.
Digital archive products
Digital archive subscription or setup refunds should depend on whether archive setup, uploads, or migration work has already begun.
