Service overview
Loresta provides memory preservation tools and book production workflows that help customers organize provided family materials into Legacy Book projects.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for submitting accurate information, ensuring they have rights to upload materials, and reviewing drafts for accuracy before production or print approval.
Authenticity standard
Loresta may use AI-assisted drafting and organization, but project output should be grounded in customer-provided memories and should not intentionally fabricate family history.
Intellectual property
Customers retain ownership of their submitted family materials. Loresta may use submitted materials only to provide, support, and improve the requested service unless a separate permission is granted.
Payments and fulfillment
Payment processing is intended to run through Stripe and print fulfillment may use third-party partners. Final taxes, shipping, and print availability can vary by location and product settings.

Loresta is not a legal, archival, tax, mental health, or genealogy verification service. Customers should independently verify sensitive claims before publication.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Loresta is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the website or service.
