Loresta Affiliate Program Terms
Effective August 12, 2026
Program relationship
Joining the Loresta affiliate program makes you an independent marketing partner, not an employee, agent, franchisee, or legal representative of Loresta. You are responsible for your own content, disclosures, taxes, and compliance.
Commission
Active affiliates receive 25% of qualifying net subscription revenue collected from an eligible referred customer during that customer’s first 12 paid subscription months. Net revenue excludes taxes, refunds, disputes, credits, chargebacks, and payments Loresta does not retain. Loresta may correct calculation errors and reverse commission tied to refunded, disputed, fraudulent, duplicate, or ineligible payments.
Attribution
A new customer must first reach Loresta through your active tracked link. Loresta preserves the first qualified affiliate association recorded for the customer workspace. Clearing cookies, switching browsers, blocking required storage, or signing up outside the tracked flow may prevent attribution. Self-referrals and referrals involving the same operator, identity, payment source, or controlled entity are not eligible.
Hold and payouts
Commission remains pending for 30 days after the qualifying payment. It becomes available only if the payment remains eligible. Payout review begins after at least $50 is available and a valid payout destination and any requested tax information are on file. Reviews are normally processed monthly. Transfer fees, rejected transfers, identity review, sanctions screening, tax requirements, and provider limitations may delay a payout.
Required disclosure
You must clearly disclose the commercial relationship near every affiliate recommendation. An acceptable disclosure is: “I may earn a commission if you subscribe through this link.” The disclosure must be visible before or beside the tracked link and must comply with the rules of the platform where you publish.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use spam, unsolicited bulk messages, misleading claims, fake accounts, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, trademark bidding, impersonation, unauthorized discounts, deceptive redirects, paid traffic that hides its source, or content that violates platform rules. Do not promise income, followers, sales, conversions, platform approval, or results Loresta does not guarantee.
Program decisions
Loresta may pause or close an account, block attribution, withhold disputed commission, or request supporting information when fraud, abuse, policy violations, payment risk, or identity concerns are reasonably suspected. We will keep an audit record of material payout decisions.
Changes and termination
Either party may end participation at any time. Eligible commission earned before termination remains subject to these terms, the hold, reversals, payout readiness, and legal requirements. Loresta may change future program economics by publishing updated terms. Accepted commission already recorded under an earlier version will not be retroactively reduced except for corrections or reversals allowed above.
